Our story

From Paris
to Riyadh.

Founded in France by Eng. Alain Mahfouz in 2010, Miatec has grown into a multidisciplinary contractor with operations in France, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bulgaria.

We combine design coordination, in-house joinery manufacturing and site execution under one roof, so high-end commercial, hospitality and VIP projects move faster with tighter control over quality and cost.

In 2024 we opened our hospitality division: Balbaak Palace in Riyadh and Maly Restaurant in Sofia, serving catering and complete event management.
